1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 99jil platform — whether through the website at 99jil.vu, the Android mobile app, or any other authorised access point — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and anyone who uses any part of the 99jil platform.

Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. 99jil will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 99jil platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are physically located in the Philippines or are a Philippine national accessing the platform from a permitted jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling or wagering.

• You are not excluded from online gaming under any self-exclusion programme or legal restriction applicable to you.

99jil reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and location at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or closed, and any funds held may be subject to review pending verification completion.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the 99jil platform. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — are strictly prohibited. 99jil reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances pending investigation if duplicate accounts are detected.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password , or OTP codes with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 99jil support immediately.

Account registration requires OTP verification via your registered mobile number. SSL encryption is applied across all connections to protect your data during and after the registration process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 99jil are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to your account balance, deposits, or withdrawals.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, Philippine online banking, and local bank transfer. These channels are subject to their own processing times and limits, which are outside 99jil's direct control.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction inside your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment channel. 99jil will make reasonable efforts to process requests promptly.
• 99jil does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or withdrawal methods.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Any deposit made in error or through a payment method not in your name may be reversed, and the associated account may be subject to review. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be escalated accordingly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

99jil may from time to time offer bonuses, free spin credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All such offers are subject to individual promotion terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made available.

General principles that apply to all bonus and promotional offers on 99jil:

• Each promotion will specify its own eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, and expiry period. These terms must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 99jil platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, eBingo, and other titles — are governed by the rules of the individual game or event. These rules are provided by the respective game providers and are accessible within each game interface.

Key platform-level rules that apply across all game categories:

• Slot outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated at the game provider level. 99jil does not influence individual game outcomes.
• Live casino results are determined by the physical actions of live dealers in real time, as streamed to your device.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the verified real-world results of the relevant events. In-play markets close automatically when events conclude.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension and Closure

99jil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of the platform for money laundering.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined by 99jil's internal policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. In cases where no breach is found, outstanding balances will be returned to the account holder through verified payment channels.
